Using This Site
TokenRateCalc is a free tool for estimating LLM API costs. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Estimates, Not Guarantees
TokenRateCalc is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, or any other model provider referenced on this site. Model and company names are used for identification purposes only.
No Warranty
This site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of any figure from this calculator for financial, business, or budgeting decisions is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TokenRateCalc and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or the estimates it produces.

Content and Intellectual Property
The design, code, and written content on this site belong to TokenRateCalc unless otherwise noted. Model pricing figures themselves are factual, publicly-published data and are not claimed as original content.
Advertising and Affiliate Links
This site may display advertising or contain affiliate links, which may earn a commission on qualifying actions at no additional cost to you. See the Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure page for specifics on what's currently active.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law and Regional Rights
TokenRateCalc is a free, globally-accessible tool, and these terms are intended to apply as broadly and neutrally as possible rather than under a single country's law. Nothing in these terms is intended to override any right that cannot be waived under the law of the country or state where you live. Where a specific regional protection applies to you, that protection controls over any conflicting term above, including but not limited to:
- European Union and United Kingdom: statutory consumer and data protection rights under EU/UK law, including GDPR data rights, remain in effect regardless of anything in these terms.
- California: rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act remain in effect.
- Australia: consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract remain in effect.
- Any other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law that cannot be contracted around.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable under the law that applies to you, only that part is limited to the extent required, and the rest of these terms remain in effect.
